Notice to creditors and claimants of Douglas Kenneth Noddings late of 21 Peregrine Drive, Kingsley, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 17 November 2025 are required by the trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 007 869 794 of Level 1, 575 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 26 May 2026 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
