Notice to creditors and claimants of Edward George Irvine late of 101/2 Hungerford Avenue, Halls Head, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 18 November 2025 are required by the Trustee Australian Executor Trustees Limited ACN 007 869 794 of Level 1, 575 Bourke, Melbourne VIC 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 19 May 2026 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
