Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of James Raymond Hanson late of 10 Breaden Drive, Cooloongup, Western Australia, Retired who died on the 9th day of February 2025 are required by the personal representative Cheryl Anny Rossi to send particulars of their claims addressed to the administrator of the estate of the late James Raymond Hanson care of Lotus Legal, po box 71, Joondalup dc wa 6919 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
