Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Maxwell Robert Weedon, late of Regents Garden, 495 Marmion Street, Booragoon, Western Australia, who died on 28 August 2025, are required by the Executors Martyn Scott Cavanagh and Leah Pauline McAllister to send particulars of their claims to Hewett & Lovitt, Lawyers, of Level 1, 849 Wellington Street, West Perth WA 6005 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice.
