It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Claremont Town Planning Scheme amendment on 29 April 2017 for the purpose of modifying clauses relating to dwelling definitions, residential design codes, storerooms, garages, carports, laneway access, lot amalgamation, residential setbacks, residential zone objectives, undersized lots, traffic access, heritage bonus density, and grouped dwelling access.
