It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of Claremont Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 3 March 2026 for the purpose of amending clause 10, Table 1 and Table 2 regarding short-term rental accommodation and tourist and visitor accommodation.
