CO401 CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 YINGGARDA CONSERVATION ESTATE DRAFT JOINT MANAGEMENT PLAN 2026 1. Notice is hereby given under s57(2) of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 (CALM Act) that the Yinggarda conservation estate draft joint management plan 2026 (the joint management plan) is available for public submissions in accordance with section 58 of the CALM Act. 2. The joint management plan covers CALM Act reserves within the Yinggarda Native Title area which includes Mundatharrda (Kennedy Range) National Park, Bimbee (Pimbee) National Park, Mooka Conservation Park, Jiggabiddi (Chinamans Pool) Nature Reserve and Beeirdeegoorah (One Tree Point) Nature Reserve. These reserves are jointly vested in the Yinggarda Aboriginal Corporation and the Conservation and Parks Commission. 3. The joint management plan may be inspected or obtained through the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions’ website at: www.dbca.wa.gov.au/haveyoursay, and at the Shire of Carnarvon, Shire of Upper Gascoyne and Yinggarda Aboriginal Corporation offices. It is also available at the Gwoonwardu Mia Cultural Centre, Carnarvon Library, and Carnarvon Information Centre. 4.
