MP405 PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (SUBMERGED LANDS) ACT 1982 INSTRUMENT OF DELEGATION I, DAVID MICHAEL MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum for the State of Western Australia DO by this instrument of delegation pursuant to section 16 of the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 (WA) (the Act)— REVOKE any and all previous instruments of delegation made under the Act, including the previous instrument dated 17 November 2025. DELEGATE my powers, functions and/or duties under the Act (which is incorporated and read as one with the Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Act 1982 (WA)) and the regulations made under the Act as specified in the Schedule to persons who for the time being hold or are authorised to act in the positions identified by the position numbers of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration of the State of Western Australia listed in relation to the specified sections and regulations in the Schedule. This instrument of delegation does not operate to otherwise prevent the exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions and/or duties herein delegated by myself, as Minister.
