Establishes the Kimberley Gillnet and Barramundi Limited Entry Fishery Voluntary Fisheries Adjustment Scheme 2026. The scheme allows authorised persons to surrender authorisations to facilitate leaving the fishery and reduce fishing effort. Invitations for offers to surrender authorisations must be made by 29 May 2026. The scheme commences on the date of publication and ceases on 18 December 2026.
