Notice Text
Under the Young Offenders Act 1994, section 13(1), those parts of the buildings and enclosures on Reserve No. 31874, being portion of Lot 520 on Deposited Plan 59904, known as Unit 18 set out on the sketch in the Schedule hereto, but not being parts of a prison under the Prisons Act 1981, are declared to be a detention centre under that Act.
