Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 august 2025, are required by the executor, loretta bernadette williams, to send the particulars of their claim to unit 8, 35 mosedale loop, waikiki wa 6169, within one (1) month after publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
