Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 January 2026 are required by the Executors Breffni Baker and Roderick Baker to send particulars of their claim c/o 34R Leake St Peppermint Grove WA 6011 within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which they then have notice.
