An organism listed is declared under section 22(2) of the act to be a declared pest for the area of the state specified and is assigned under section 22(3) to the control category specified. The organisms listed are assigned a keeping category under regulation 7 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013 for the south-west land division. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms listed are revoked.
