Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20/11/2025, are required by the executor Suzanna Tini Bennett of 47 Kirkdale Turn, Kinross WA 6028 to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days by registered mail after which date she may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
