Pursuant to Section 30 of the State Development Act 2025, the Parron Maam Marang Farm development project is designated as a priority project. This designation is made with regard to the strategic or economic significance of the project to Western Australia and after consultation with the nominated proponent, Zephyr Energy Pty Ltd. The Premier has approved this designation.
