These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2019. They come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest on the day sections 18 and 45 of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2018 come into operation. These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989, inserting definitions for metropolitan region and road, and prescribing areas and distances for sections 36B and 77A of the Act.
