ZZ405 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Maureen Packham late of 125/219 Midland Road, Hazelmere, previously of 11 Fulton Street, Hamilton Hill, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 06 October 2025 are required by Executor, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited ACN 000 001 007 of Level 18, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date it may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
