These regulations amend the Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019, primarily by updating qualification requirements for strata managers and introducing transitional provisions for these new experience qualifications. They also define 'National Register' and make a minor amendment to regulation 102.

Strata managers and individuals seeking to become qualified strata managers will be affected by updated qualification requirements and transitional periods for meeting these. Strata management contracts entered into before 1 November 2027 are exempt from certain new experience requirements.
