Tenders sought for general building and maintenance works at Esperance Bus Depot, including rust treatment, balcony demolition, and termite repairs.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake General Building including Balcony and Washdown Shed works at Esperance Bus Depot.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

•Rust treatment & repairs to Washdown shed columns and braces

•Balcony demolition, main power relocation and make good roof structure. Convert 2 x sliding doors to compliant windows – fixed bottom panel and sliding, please refer to attached engineering report.

•Repair termite damage to external fascia and replace warped CFC cladding to fascia and paint.

•Supply and install soak well and channel grate to external door and relay paving to direct water from building note:

•General internal admin & apartment maintenance works: Painting – doors and frame and ceiling tiles replacement where broken and damaged though out, match close as possible

•Minor Roof repairs inc hold in box gutter on front elevation and replacement of damaged / sagging gutters

•Supply and install new door and frame between admin and carport – badly damaged from termite activity

Programmed Facility Management, on behalf of the Public Transport Authority, is seeking tenders for building maintenance. The original contract value is not specified, and no award has been made yet.
