🤝 Services to support implementation of Safe and Supported: the National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children 2021-2031

WA Dept of Communities awarded a $254,490 direct contract to Council of Aboriginal Services WA Ltd for 'Safe and Supported' child protection framework implement

The Contractor will be required to: Co-develop with Communities the WA Implementation Plan for the National Child Investment Strategy (Investment Strategy). Work in partnership with Communities on the development of jurisdictional plans for the Delegated Authority, and Active Efforts in the Implementation of all five Elements of the ATSICPP (Active Efforts), as per actions 1 and 5 of the Safe and Supported Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander First Acton Plan. Co-develop with Communities a WA Safe and Supported Partnership Agreement between the Safe and Supported WA Aboriginal Leadership Group members and Communities (who will lead collaboration with other relevant state government partner agencies) to support ongoing implementation of Safe and Supported in WA.
