Pursuant to Section 30 of the State Development Act 2025, the development project described in Schedule 1, Clean Energy Link—East Stage 1, is designated as a priority project. This designation is made with the approval of the Premier, considering the project's strategic or economic significance to Western Australia. The project involves new transmission infrastructure, including the Cordering Terminal near Bowelling and two new double-circuit 330kV transmission lines.
