Pursuant to Section 30 of the State Development Act 2025, the Clean Energy Link—North and Regans Reinforcement development project is designated as a priority project. This designation is made with the approval of the Premier, having considered the project's strategic or economic significance to Western Australia and after consulting with the nominated proponent, Western Power.
