PL404 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2005 APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme No. 3 Amendment No. 21 File: TPS/3325 It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 8 April 2026 for the purpose of inserting additional use No. 7 in Table 4a ‘Specified additional uses for zoned land within the Joondalup Activity Centre’— No. Description of Land Additional Use Condition 7 Lot 55 (15) Delage Warehouse/Storage—’P’ Development of the Street, Joondalup Bulky Goods Showroom— Warehouse/Storage and Bulky Goods ’P’ Showroom land uses will not be subject to minimum building height requirements.
