It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of modifying the scheme maps to reclassify a portion of Lot 312 and Lot 313 (No. 160-162) Great Eastern Highway, Midvale that is a 'Public Purpose-Fire & Emergency Services (FESA)' local reserve to a 'Highway Service' zone.
