Establishes the West Coast Demersal Scalefish Interim Managed Fishery Voluntary Fisheries Adjustment Scheme 2023 to enable the surrender of parts of entitlements to fish in the Kalbarri Area, the Mid-West Area or the South-West Area of the Fishery and associated fishing boat licences, for the purpose of sustainability of the West Coast Demersal Scalefish Resource. The scheme commences operation on the date of publication and ceases on 30 April 2024.
