ZZ403 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the estate of Liduina Anna Gere (also known as Lina Anna Gere) late of 39 Hertha Road, Innaloo in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 February 2026, are required by the Executor, Ferdinand Gere of 5 Monk Place, Noranda in the State of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
