Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 23/02/2026, are required by the executor of the estate to send particulars of their claims to PO Box 2344, Clarkson WA 6030, within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
