ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants In the matter of the Estate of Stuart Ian William Wood, late of 9 McAtee Court, Fremantle, in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the Estate of the deceased, who died on the 12th day of February 2026, are required by the Administrator, Calum John Davenport Wood to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the State of Western Australia, by the 1st day of July 2026, after which date the said Administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
