ZZ402 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Estate of Kevin Deane Wade, late of 1 Adie Court Bentley, WA 6102, Retired Publican, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 21 March 2026 at Swan Care, 1 Adie Court Bentley, WA 6102, are required by the Executor, James Michael Wade, of 54 Britannia Avenue, Beeliar, WA 6164, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
