Made by the Minister under section 10B of the Act. Establishes the South Coast Salmon Managed Fishery Voluntary Fisheries Adjustment Scheme 2026 to allow authorisation holders to surrender authorisations and reduce fishing effort. Invitations for offers to surrender authorisations must be made no later than 29 May 2026. The scheme commences operation on the date this notice is published and ceases on 18 December 2026.
