Take notice that Edward John Fleming, the executor of the will of Noeline Kain late of 63 Ypres Road, Camillo in the State of Western Australia, Home Maker (Deceased) intends to distribute the estate of the Deceased one month after the date of this notice. Creditors and any other person having a claim against the estate of the Deceased should send full details of their claim to HFM Legal, PO Box 2124, Broome, Western Australia, 6725, before the expiration of that period failing which the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
